On December 14th, an 18-member delegation from the Eastern Thailand Vocational Education Center came to Jinzhou. Li Peng, Director of the International Exchange Office of the College, and Zi Wei, Vice Dean of the School of International Education, led teachers and students to Tianjin Airport and South Railway Station of Jinzhou Railway Station respectively meet. It marks the official launch of the Internet + Sino-Thailand International Joint School Cooperation Framework Agreement.
