Responsible for the centralized management of the college's foreign affairs and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan affairs;

Responsible for organizing and coordinating for international and regional cooperation projects, and the implementation of relevant agreements;

Responsible for the review, declaration procedures and education management of personnel going abroad for business；

Cooperate with relevant departments of the college to do well the management and service of different types and levels of public officials sent abroad；

Responsible for the introduction and daily management of long-term and short-term foreign experts and teachers.

Translation work for communication between foreign experts and Chinese leaders and teachers;

Responsible for the declaration of educational exchange projects and implementation of inter-school exchange agreements;

Responsible for the recruitment, approval and management of foreign students;

Organize and coordinate external publicity work and management of English website pages;

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
